SHIPPING
Work is shipped out 10-14 days after purchase via Fedex or USPS. Original paintings are packed in a box, prints smaller than 12”x12” come in a flat mailer, 12”x12” prints and larger are shipped in a tube.

RETURN POLICY
All sales (originals and prints) are final.
In the unfortunate case that work arrives damaged, please contact: tracey@traceykafka.com with in 48 hours of receiving work.
We must receive photos of shipping label, box, tube, or flat mailer and artwork for the situation to be corrected.
Original artwork will be discussed on an individual basis.
Prints will be replaced as per ordered.
